Terri Vispo-Cuba, LMFT, is the Deputy Director of Integrated Clinical Services at Consejo. She has 28 years of behavioral health experience. Terri received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University. She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. Terri is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Washington, a Mental Health Professional, a Children's Mental Health Specialist, and an Ethnic Minority Specialist for the Latino/a population. Terri is a Leadership Tomorrow graduate from the class of 2013 in Seattle. Terri began her career as a school-based therapist providing individual, group, and family therapy to at-risk children and youth and their families. At Consejo, she provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff and oversees the agency’s clinical outpatient programs. Terri manages the quality improvement program and participates in the development & implementation of the agency’s policies & procedures, electronic health records system, previous CARF accreditation, and current Joint Commission accreditation.    up room on the page.
