  • How do I apply?

We process employment inquiries through Applicant Pro. To explore our current job openings and submit your application, simply click on the "Apply Now" link for access to the list of available positions.

  • What are your business hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

  • What kind of internships do you offer?

At Consejo Counseling and Referral Service, we are proud to offer an array of opportunities that meet the needs and interests of trainees. We offer internship opportunities in the following broad categories:

    • Internship opportunities at the undergraduate level. Non-clinical hours are often required by undergraduate programs as a key requirement for the degree. Thus, this type of internship is geared towards students in good academic standing pursuing an undergraduate degree in psychology or a related field (e.g., Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Health, etc.). We offer foundational opportunities in behavioral health that include exposure to the delivery of case management services, administrative experience such as care coordination, and community outreach to historically underserved communities.

    • Internship opportunities at the graduate level. This generally incudes students enrolled in a Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy Program in need of completing clinical hours to meet their academic program requirements. In addition, we offer opportunities to those seeking to work with Substance Use Disorders (e.g., MS in Addiction Counseling).

    • Internship opportunities for those pursuing a Chemical Dependency certification. This type of internship is specifically for Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainees (SUDPT) in need of completing clinical hours to meet their academic certification requirements.

  • How do I get in contact with HR?
