Shana Boschma, LMHC, is the Director of Data Management and Strategic Analysis at Consejo. She has over 25 years of Information Systems and Database management and 14 years of behavioral health experience. Shana holds a BA in Mathematics from Calvin University. She earned her MA in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. Prior to entering the behavioral health field, Shana was an owner-operator in a business partnership. In that role, she oversaw accounting, finance, data, and analytics. Shana also has experience as a Clinical Supervisor and a Mental Health Therapist. Currently, Shana is on the Administrative Leadership team and the leader of the Data and Analytics team, which manages Consejo’s Information System and performs Consejo’s data reporting and billing activities.
