Roberto Terrones, SUDP, is the Behavior Health Program Site Manager at Consejo. He has over 29 years of experience working with individuals struggling with substance use disorder. Roberto has worked as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Program Manager. He was instrumental in developing Consejo’s first substance use disorder youth program over 23 years ago and assisted in developing Consejo’s High-Risk Youth Gang Prevention Program. As a youth counselor, Roberto dedicated his time to working with at-risk youth involved in illegal gang activities, advocating for equity and inclusion for those youth involved in the criminal justice system. Prior to Consejo, Roberto worked for over ten years with migrant farm workers in the state of Ohio as a regional manager assisting families with housing, employment, and legal advocacy.
