Phoebe Hopper, LICSW, is the Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor for Consejo. She has nine years of behavioral health experience. Phoebe Hopper received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Duke University. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work. Prior to her current position at Consejo, she worked as a Social Work Intern at Saint Barnabas Adult Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in NY. She focused on providing individual psychotherapy to low-income adults in the Bronx. Phoebe also has extensive experience as a behavioral health clinical supervisor. At Consejo, she oversees her staff by providing clinical supervision, training, caseload management, and administrative support. Additionally, she supervises our housing facility, Las Brisas. She also has extensive experience designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for diverse diagnoses, including PTSD, Schizophrenia, Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and more.
