Jeannette Rivera is the HR and Facilities Director at Consejo. She has 18 years of human resources experience. Jeannette received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Baguio City, Philippines. Prior to her current position at Consejo, she was an HR and Development Director at Keiro Northwest Japanese Nursing Home. She focused on managing talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and training and development. At Consejo, she leads the HR and Facilities team to provide the best employee experience while providing a safe and healthy workplace. With her experience, she aims to build a strong infrastructure for holistic human resources management.
