Comprehensive Primary Care for Our Community

Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS), founded in 1987 and based in Bremerton, WA, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare. PCHS offers a range of services including primary and specialty care, preventive health screenings, immunizations, mental health counseling, substance use disorder treatment, and pharmacy services. Their patient-centered approach ensures that every individual receives personalized and respectful care, with comprehensive, holistic, primary medical services to children and adults.


Consejo has partnered with PCHS to bring these vital healthcare services to our Shelton office, enhancing our ability to provide comprehensive and holistic care to our community. Through this collaboration, we ensure that our patients have access to a wide range of medical services delivered with compassion and excellence.
