Gregory Kleiner, MSW, is the Compliance and Operations Director at Consejo.  Prior to joining Consejo five years ago, he spent 15 years working in both in-patient and out-patient behavioral health and physical healthcare settings. As a management team member at Consejo, he is involved in exploring new program opportunities and grant writing to support current and expanding programs to provide those we serve with more accessible and equitable access to behavioral and integrated healthcare services.  He was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the use of the Zoom telehealth platform for delivering services during the COVID pandemic. Greg coordinated the process for the initial 2020 Joint Commission certification for Consejo and helped facilitate the triennial recertification in 2023.  He also works closely with the Pierce and Thurston/Mason County Accountable Communities of Health organizations, Elevate Health, and Cascade Pacific Action Alliance.
